Ann Arbor Area Convention & Visitors Bureau

The Ann Arbor Area Convention and Visitors Bureau (AAACVB) is a Michigan non-profit membership corporation governed by a 17-member board of directors, representing specific segments of the hospitality industry and elected by the members of the AAACVB.

The AAACVB focuses on three areas: conventions, tourism, and members. Conventions and tourism bring new dollars to the Ann Arbor area and the state of Michigan. Members are recruited to assist in the promotion of the area. With local membership support, we are able to create and perpetuate the unique image that makes the Ann Arbor area a competitive destination.

Ann Arbor Jaycees

The Ann Arbor Jaycees are people - young adults who want to make a positive difference in our community. Ann Arbor Jaycees are also friends who have a lot of fun together, whether we are participating in a community service project, planning a seminar, going to a party, playing softball, skiing, or canoeing.

The Ann Arbor Jaycees is a leadership training organization for people ages 21 to 40. Much of the leadership training is accomplished through planning and participating in community service and fund-raising activities. Other leadership skills are learned by attending and presenting at individual development and team building seminars, teaching skills to newer members, and serving on the Board of Directors.

The Ann Arbor Jaycees is not just a local group. We are also affiliated with The Michigan Jaycees, The U.S. Junior Chamber, and Junior Chamber International. These organizations provide additional events and ways to get involved. Come join tomorrow's leaders in action today!
