Skiing, Sledding & TobogganingCross-country skiing. Rentals available at Rolling Hills County Park (winter phone 484–9676) and Buhr Park (971–3228; call for fees); Buhr offers weekends-only instruction. Buhr and Rolling Hills provide groomed trails. Ungroomed trails are also available for skiing at Bird Hills, Dolph, Fuller, Gallup, and Olson parks, plus Huron Hills and Leslie golf courses, and Radrick Farms, the U-M’s Saginaw Forest, the County Farm Park, and Delhi Metropark. Sledding and tobogganing are permitted at Veterans Memorial and Buhr parks, at Huron Hills and Leslie Park golf courses (please avoid the greens), at Rolling Hills County Park, and at other local parks.
